Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Niwat Sirichok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gonzalo Duarte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gonzalo Duarte told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duarte misses with a two punch combination.
Duarte should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Duarte throws a right and a left that Sirichok avoids nicely.
Duarte shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.

Gonzalo Duarte seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Sirichok swings wildly with an uppercut but Duarte uses good head movement to avoid it.
A frustrated look appears on Duarte's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Sirichok keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Duarte's efforts to push away.

It looks like Gonzalo Duarte has been cut.

Sirichok's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
