Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jim Pounder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyler Rose (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pounder comes to the cage accompanied by People in Planes-Last Man Standing. Tyler Rose will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rose thows a leg kick but Pounder checks it

and Pounder counters with a nice double leg into guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Pounder is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Pounder thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Pounder drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Pounder jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Pounder drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Rose manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Pounder has Rose in his guard.

Rose has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Pounder to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Rose is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Pounder pulls down on the head and he's put Rose to sleep! This one is all over!
