Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Apollo Creed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Doctor Mundo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Creed might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to James Brown - Living in America. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Creed lands a nice hook to Mundo's body. Mundo takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Nice body punch from Mundo.
Creed connects with a jab.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Mundo throws a punch but it's blocked by Creed.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Mundo.
Mundo blocks a body shot from Creed.
Creed has a couple of punches blocked by Mundo.
Creed could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Creed gets tackled into the cage by Mundo. Mundo maintains the clinch.

Creed goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Creed swings wildly with an uppercut but Mundo uses good head movement to avoid it.

Mundo gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Mundo wants to control from the top but Creed keeps moving.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Doctor Mundo wasn't active enough on the ground.

Mundo closes the distance and clinches.

Mundo lands with a right to the head.
Creed's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Mundo drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Creed tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Mundo's elbow.

Mundo lands a big left hand right to the temple and Creed goes down!

Creed is rocked!
Mundo is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Creed is hurt! He's hurt bad - Mundo fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Creed from any more punishment! Congratulations to Mundo! Great finish!
