Blake Kingston had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 206.6lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Blake Kingston has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Kingston with a lazy takedown attempt
and Johnson counters with a thumping low kick.

Johnson moves into the clinch.
Johnson lands a left hand that snaps the head of Kingston backwards.
Johnson scores with a hook to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kingston is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Johnson pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Johnson lands an elbow inside that Kingston shrugs off.

Johnson lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Kingston backwards.
Come on Johnson - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Johnson using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
Kingston is breathing heavily.
Johnson cracks Kingston with a nice body shot.
Johnson lands a knee to the body.

Johnson breaks the clinch.
Johnson cracks a nice hook into Kingston's ribs.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kingston looks up at the clock. Bad move! Johnson lands a right hand from hell, dropping Kingston. Johnson pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:07 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). King Johnson!
Post fight, King Johnson stared into the camera and said 'My career has been a long winding road. I want to thank CEFC for taking a chance on me! I will always do my best to impress the greatest fans in MMA!'.
