Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Evans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Philippe Chuteboxe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Evans comes to the cage accompanied by AC/DC - Hells Bells. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Evans closes the distance and pushes Chuteboxe back into the cage.

Evans breaks the clinch.
Chuteboxe misses with a few strikes there.
Evans throws a nice head kick!

It looks like Philippe Chuteboxe has been cut.

Chuteboxe gets tackled into the cage by Evans. Evans maintains the clinch.
Evans stalling against the cage.
Evans lands an elbow inside that Chuteboxe shrugs off.

Evans breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Chuteboxe throws a left and a right that both miss
and Evans counters with a straight right hand.

That has opened up Philippe Chuteboxe's cut even more.
Chuteboxe swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Evans.
Chuteboxe misses the jab.
A telegraphed right hand from Chuteboxe misses the target.
Chuteboxe throws a right and a left that both miss.
Evans throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Some wild striking there from Chuteboxe.
A cross from Evans lands.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Evans moves into range and clinches up with Chuteboxe.
Chuteboxe tries to break the clinch but Evans is controlling the position.

Evans pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Evans lands a big head kick that sends Chuteboxe tumbling to the mat! Evans takes a step backwards and waves Chuteboxe back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Chuteboxe is rocked!

The cut above Philippe Chuteboxe's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Philippe Chuteboxe's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
