The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Krokodilov shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Oni pinned against the cage. Oni gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Oni throws a right hand that Krokodilov ducks under and follows up with a left that Krokodilov also avoids with ease.
A combination from Oni does no damage.
Oni throws a right and a left that both miss.
Oni misses with the combination.
Oni misses with a series of wild punches.
Oni lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Oni is breathing heavily.

Krokodilov has closed the distance and engaged Oni in a clinch.
Krokodilov is looking for a takedown.
Krokodilov is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Oni is defending well for now.
Krokodilov is trying to maintain a safe position but Oni gets an underhook and turns Krokodilov into the cage.
Oni wants to break free but Krokodilov has control.
Oni prevents the takedown attempt.
Razta Oni has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Genadiy Krokodilov.

Krokodilov is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Oni is defending well for now.
Krokodilov keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Oni's efforts to push away.
Oni wants to break the clinch but can't.
Oni is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Krokodilov throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Krokodilov manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

Krokodilov has clasped his hands together around Oni's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Oni is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Krokodilov is controlling him well.

Krokodilov wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Oni, who protects the arm well.

Krokodilov has an Americana. Oni didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Krokodilov is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Krokodilov hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

Genadiy Krokodilov tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
