Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Luikku looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Luikku is keen to just control but Dudu is a slippery customer.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dudu moves into full guard.
Dudu had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Luikku is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Dudu Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Luikku's back instead.
Dudu is working the ground and pound. Can Luikku escape?
Dudu has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Luikku wants to escape the position.
Luikku is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
Luikku tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!
Dudu is working for a guillotine from mount but Luikku frees his head quite easily.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Luikku is desperately trying to improve his position but Dudu has a good base and remains in mount.

Dudu has isolated one of Luikku's arms. Luikku looking to fight him off but Dudu twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
