Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters circling a little - Leanord finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Left hook, right uppercut from Leanord.

Keith closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Keith lands in his opponent's guard.
Leanord trying to keep a closed guard but Keith is proving a slippery customer.
Leanord looking to hit a scissor sweep but Keith is one step ahead there.
Keith makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Keith advances to half guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Leanord has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Keith is working away from the top position though.
Keith looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

Keith landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Keith looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Leanord with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Leanord really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Keith. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Keith is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Leanord sees it coming and defends easily.
Keith working over Leanord with some ground and pound. Leanord looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Keith passes the guard and advances to mount!

Keith mounts Leanord! Really nice guard pass there!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Keith has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Keith manages to capitalize on a mistake by Leanord to take his back!

Leanord is trying to get to his feet but he's left his neck exposed and Keith manages to sink in a rear naked choke! Great counter grappling by Keith!
