Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Cold Cat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Glenn Carson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cat kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Dont stop the party by Pitbull. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cat throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Cat walks into a left hand.
Carson tries to clinch up but Cat circles away and keeps his distance.
Carson throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Carson tries to clinch there but Cat circles away.
Carson scores with a decent looking hook.
Carson connects with the punch.
Cat lands a lovely overhand right.
Carson lands with a cross.
Cat is looking to slow Carson down with leg kicks.
Cat slips under a jab from Carson.
Carson tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Cat manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Carson scores with a hook to the body. Cat takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Cat lands with a hook. Carson tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

The crowd cheers as Cat lands an impressive looking overhand right. Carson doesn't seem phased though.

Carson lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Cat at a distance.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Carson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Cat sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Carson somewhat.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Cat.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Carson throws a hook but Cat avoids it easily.
Carson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Cat.

Carson darts in and clinches Cat up against the cage.
Carson swings wildly with an uppercut but Cat uses good head movement to avoid it.
Cat tries to circle away but Carson has him pinned against the cage.

Cat escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Cat goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

It looks like Glenn Carson has been cut.
Cat avoids a punch combination nicely.
Carson moves out of range of the strikes.

Cat fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Cat looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Carson with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Carson is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Cat rolls with it to try and escape but Carson cranks on the arm and Cat is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
