Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Swearingin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rock Esnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Esnar is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by 10,000 Fists in the Air. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Daniel Swearingin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rock Esnar!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Russell Pearce and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Swearingin moves to clinch but Esnar breaks away
and Esnar counters with a nice double leg into side control. Swearingin won't be happy with that.
Swearingin gets back to half guard.
Swearingin actively working from the bottom here.
Swearingin gets back to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Esnar scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Esnar looking to pass the guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Esnar passes Swearingin's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Swearingin has hold of Esnar's hands but Esnar slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Esnar tries to pass the half guard into mount. Swearingin knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Esnar winds up and cracks Swearingin with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Swearingin blocking the ground and pound attempt from Esnar.
Esnar is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Swearingin doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Esnar.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Swearingin looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Esnar wants to control but Swearingin is keeping him busy.
Esnar gets to his feet - back to striking we go!
Esnar throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Swearingin tries to close the distance and clinch but Esnar swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

and Esnar counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Swearingin moves into the clinch.
Swearingin jumps guard and drags Esnar to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Esnar got a little sloppy there for a moment and Swearingin has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Esnar has managed to get both his arms back between Swearingin's legs - danger averted.
Esnar drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Esnar seems to have locked his on tight now - Swearingin screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Esnar, as he picks up the win!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kneebar). Rock Esnar!
Our winner, Rock Esnar, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
