The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Anthony Taglia and Columbo Gatti.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hendricks tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Bucket throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Hendricks.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Hendricks, right into the meat.
Bucket throws a leg kick but Hendricks sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Hendricks misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Bucket swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Tony Hendricks seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hendricks avoids the head kick by Bucket.
Hendricks is looking to clinch but Bucket is avoiding it.

The fight stays on the outside here - Hendricks looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Hendricks feints and as Bucket raises his hands in defense, Hendricks changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Hendricks is looking to pass into half guard but Bucket pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Bucket is in guard.
Hendricks manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Bucket manages to get himself to full guard.

Hendricks has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Bucket finds it's way round the side to connect with Hendricks's head.
Bucket stuffs the takedown attempt from Hendricks. Hendricks gets slowly back to his feet.
Hendricks tries to clinch but Bucket moves out of range.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Hendricks is defended easily by Bucket.

Bucket throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Hendricks.

Hendricks shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Bucket pinned against the cage. Bucket gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tony Hendricks. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Hendricks manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Bucket on his heels. He'll look to pass Bucket's guard now, I'm sure.

Hendricks stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bucket swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Bucket throws some sloppy strikes off his back.

Hendricks is looking to work some ground and pound but Bucket has wrist control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hendricks is working Bucket over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Hendricks throws a strike but Bucket rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Hendricks drops back, looking for a kneebar! Bucket looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Bucket looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Bucket!
