Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael Fuko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steffan Ward (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Steffan Ward will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Steffan Ward!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Jorge Garcia and Chad Campbell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fuko tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Ward was well out of range. Poor timing from Fuko.
Ward with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Fuko takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.

Ward tries to sprawl but Fuko drives through with a takedown into half guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Fuko keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Fuko frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Fuko postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Ward looks a forlorn figure.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
