The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Lou da Vinci and Eddie Farnsworth.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hopkins lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Nielsen takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Nielsen scores with a jab to the jaw.
Nielsen misses with a double jab.
Hopkins looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Nielsen throws a shot from downtown. Hopkins moves away and avoids it.
Nielsen shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hopkins pinned against the cage. Hopkins gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Nielsen misses with a few strikes there.
Nielsen throws a lazy right hand but Hopkins sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Hopkins slips under a jab.
Hopkins circles away from the clinch attempt
and Nielsen takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Nielsen with a nice cross.
A slapping leg kick lands for Hopkins.
Hopkins connects with a nice looking jab.
Nielsen tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Hopkins connects with a high kick.
Nielsen tests Hopkins's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Hopkins keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Nielsen.

Hopkins fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Nielsen swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Nielsen doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Hopkins misses with a body kick.
Hopkins fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Nielsen manages to avoid it.
Nielsen misses with a hook
and Hopkins counters with a left to the body.
Hopkins thows a body shot but no joy.
Nielsen on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Hopkins. Hopkins obviously looking to wear him down.
Hopkins ducks under a wild hook from Nielsen.
Hopkins looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Nielsen looks winded!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hopkins has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Nielsen finds it's way round the side to connect with Hopkins's head.
Nielsen is looking to clinch but Hopkins is avoiding it.
Hopkins throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Nielsen stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Hopkins has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Nielsen finds it's way round the side to connect with Hopkins's head.
Hopkins is looking to wear down Nielsen with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Nielsen lands a nice looking body shot.

Oooooh!!! Hopkins has knocked Nielsen down with a huge combo! Hopkins steps away and waves a wobbly Nielsen back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Nielsen is rocked!
Hopkins moves out of range of the strikes.
Nielsen is still on wobbly legs! Can Hopkins finish him?
Hopkins fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Nielsen to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Nielsen looks to clinch but Hopkins throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Nielsen taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
