And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mike Sharbutt!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, George Francis and Robert Twigg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sharbutt tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Sharbutt takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Flores misses with a two punch combination.

Sharbutt pushes Flores up against the cage in a clinch.
Flores works on Sharbutt's body with a couple of short punches.

Flores breaks the clinch.
Sharbutt misses with a takedown attempt

and Flores counters with a crisp one two that drops Sharbutt! Flores thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Sharbutt to his feet! Sharbutt is in big trouble!

Sharbutt is rocked!
Ric Flores seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Flores throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Sharbutt is still on wobbly legs! Can Flores finish him?

Flores shoots in for a takedown. He's got it... He's hoisted his opponent over his head and is carrying him over to the other end of the mat. The crowd roars in approval and Flores slams his opponent to the mat. OH, that is naaaaaasty! He's out! Flores lands a punch to his unconscious victim for good measure before the ref has time to call the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Slam). Ric Flores!
