Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yuri CoxX (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gustavo Fring (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Fring's choice of entrance music: Frogacult - No rush. Gustavo Fring told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
CoxX looking to score a takedown here. Fring is defending well but CoxX drives through and ends up in Fring's guard.
Fring looking for a sweep. Not yet Fring, not yet.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells CoxX's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
CoxX stands up over Fring, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Fring wants to stand and escape but CoxX is having none of it.

Fring has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. CoxX is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Fring.

Fring is desperately trying to improve his position but CoxX has a good base and remains in mount.

CoxX closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Fring to the mat! Fring manages to get full guard.
Fring working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. CoxX doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. CoxX manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

CoxX is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Fring knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Fring drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Fring enables CoxX to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Fring manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
