Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Barristan Selmy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ultimate Warrior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Warrior is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Ultimate Warrior Entrance. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Barristan Selmy!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ultimate Warrior!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Selmy got a little sloppy there for a moment and Warrior has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Selmy has managed to get both his arms back between Warrior's legs - danger averted.
Warrior is trying to hold Selmy in close to prevent damage but Selmy has managed to pass into half guard.

Selmy goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Warrior has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Selmy but great work by Warrior.

Selmy regains half guard there - taking advantage of Warrior's attempt to lay and pray for a moment.

Warrior is stalling here. Selmy is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Warrior seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Selmy has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Ultimate Warrior showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Selmy is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Warrior is keeping busy.

Selmy has his hands clasped together around Warrior's back. He's all about the action.
Warrior tries to pass the half guard into mount. Selmy knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Warrior is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Selmy is just riding it out for now. Warrior eventually gives up the hold.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Barristan Selmy.
I think Selmy has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
