PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Reed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gordon Gummidge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reed comes to the cage accompanied by Eminem- lose yourself. Ryan Reed had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 187.7lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reed tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Reed jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Gummidge walks away with a smile on his face. Reed gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Reed tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Gummidge manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Reed shoots for a double leg takedown but Gummidge sprawls well. He's pushed Reed's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Gummidge throws a punch but it's blocked by Reed.

Well Gummidge has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
