PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jim Beam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hakeem Diaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Beam kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Hollywood Undead - Everywhere I Go. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 9 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Hakeem Diaw!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Atkins and Andrew Berry.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaw shoots in for a takedown but Beam shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Jim Beam seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Beam closes the distance looking to clinch

and Diaw counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Beam!
Beam on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Beam tries to get out of the position.
