Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 20 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Noah Puckerman!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 20 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Vic Bauer!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, William Peck and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Puckerman lands a right hook to the body.
Puckerman bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
A chopping leg kick lands by Bauer.
Puckerman takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Puckerman shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Bauer avoids the head kick by Puckerman.
Bauer is looking to slow Puckerman down with leg kicks.
Puckerman doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Puckerman throws a series of punches but Bauer moves out of range.
Bauer ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Bauer scoring well with a low kick there.
Puckerman tries a head kick but it misses.
Puckerman lands a body shot.
Bauer works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.


It looks like Noah Puckerman has been cut.
Bauer fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Puckerman checks it well.

That's one minute gone in the round.
A jab from Bauer finds it's way through Puckerman's defenses.
Puckerman showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Bauer.
Bauer lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Puckerman dodges the punch combination from Bauer.
Bauer will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Puckerman walks into a left hand.
Bauer has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Puckerman.
Puckerman pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bauer lands the left hand.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Puckerman takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Bauer gets the takedown into side control.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Bauer is trying to move to mount but Puckerman reverses beautifully and ends up in Bauer's guard.
Bauer has a closed guard, preventing Puckerman from standing up.
Bauer has Puckerman pulled in close to control his posture.
Puckerman trying to stand up but can't free himself from Bauer's guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Bauer looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Bauer lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Puckerman!

The referee warns Puckerman that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Noah Puckerman's cut is getting worse.
Puckerman takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Bauer's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Vic Bauer!

After the fight, Vic Bauer was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
