Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Dell Optiplex (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vince Willis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Dell Optiplex has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Willis gets a double leg takedown into Optiplex's guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Willis trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Willis working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Optiplex will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Willis accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Willis drops back looking for a leg! Optiplex is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Optiplex manages to kick Willis off! Willis jumps back into Optiplex's guard.

Willis is working Optiplex over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Willis lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Willis seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Optiplex knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Willis on the ground.

Willis keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Optiplex's head.
Optiplex is looking to stand up but Willis isn't so interested in that idea.
Willis has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Willis distracts Optiplex with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Willis is in close to Optiplex's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Optiplex wants to improve his position but instead Willis has moved into half guard.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Willis connects with a nice short shot to Optiplex's temple.
Willis looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Optiplex with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Willis has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Optiplex defend it? Willis steps over the head and cranks it - Optiplex is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Willis!
