Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alpha Omega (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Knox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Knox has chosen The Exploited- Beat The Bastards as his entrance music. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Alpha Omega!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Johnny Knox!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Anthony Taglia and Jorge Garcia.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Omega shoots in but no luck this time.
Knox misses with a wild body shot.
Knox connects with a good right hand that stumbles Omega. Omega circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
A jab from Knox does it's job there.
Knox circles away from the clinch attempt.
Omega avoids the body shot from Knox.
Knox misses with a left hand
and Omega counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Omega tries to clinch but Knox moves out of range.
Omega thows a left - swing and a miss!
Omega takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Nice defenses there by Omega.
Knox misses with a hook. Omega ducked under it nicely.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Omega shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Knox as he avoids it easily.
Knox ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Omega moves away.
Omega wants to clinch
and Knox connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Knox misses with a wild body shot.
Knox swinging wildly here.
Knox cracks Omega with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Knox lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Knox cracks the inside of Omega's front leg.
Knox throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Omega's head.

It looks like Alpha Omega has been cut.
Omega bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Knox throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
A telegraphed right hand from Knox misses the target.
Omega fails with the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Alpha Omega. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Knox throws a shot from downtown. Omega moves away and avoids it.
Knox is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.

A slow jab from Knox misses its intended target.
Omega swinging wildly here.
Knox circles away from the clinch attempt
and Knox counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Omega misses with a hook to the body
and Knox counters with a nice low kick that buckles Omega's knee momentarily.
Omega fails to land the takedown.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Omega thows a left - swing and a miss!
Knox lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
A big left from Knox misses.
Nice shot lands for Knox.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Knox lands a lovely overhand right.
Knox looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Omega will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Knox scoring well with a low kick there.
Omega has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Omega has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Knox finds it's way round the side to connect with Omega's head.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Omega. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Knox thows a body shot but no joy.
Knox is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Omega shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Knox counters with a nice uppercut.
Knox dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Omega. That did some damage!
Johnny Knox is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Knox throws a series of punches but Omega moves out of range.
Knox throws a lazy right hand but Omega sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Omega takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Omega uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Knox.
Omega darts in trying to clinch

and Knox counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Knox.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Omega is trying to pull guard but Knox turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Knox tries to land knees in the clinch but Omega avoids the damage to the body.
Knox comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Knox tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Knox continues to stall. The referee tells him to work or he's going to break them up.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Johnny Knox dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Alpha Omega's cut.

Omega closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Omega throws an overhand right that drops Knox like a sack of potatoes! Omega dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
