The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cannon closes the distance and clinches.

The fight stays on the outside here - Cannon looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Good leg kick by Cannon there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Cannon tests Halsey's chin there with a solid looking shot.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Halsey crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Cannon - the referee stops the clock and Halsey gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Cannon. Halsey manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Cannon drops Halsey with a straight right hand, right on the button! Cannon follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
