Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Abbath Immortal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Quinton Beach (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Immortal avoids the head kick by Beach.

Immortal moves into the clinch.
Beach looking to throw knees to the head but Immortal is blocking nicely.
Beach tries to land a knee to the head but Immortal blocks with his arms.

Immortal lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Immortal moves into full mount! Beach won't be happy about that!

Immortal working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Immortal tries to control but Beach wriggling away.

Beach trying desperately to get to his feet.
Immortal throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Beach because Immortal loaded up on that one.
Beach is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Immortal is breathing heavily.

Immortal is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Beach has managed to escape the submission attempt.
You get the feeling that Beach really doesn't like being in this position too much.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Beach is trying desperately to improve position.

Immortal swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Beach is now in Immortal's guard. A big mistake from Immortal there, giving up the dominant position!
Beach wanted to stand there but Immortal had control of the position.
Beach really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Immortal. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Immortal trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!
Beach postures up in Immortal's guard and throws a big left but Immortal blocks it.
Beach with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Beach wanted to stand there but Immortal had control of the position.
Beach must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Beach stands up out of Immortal's guard for a moment - Immortal manages to land a nice upkick.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Immortal seems keen to control Beach's posture.
Immortal lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Beach!
Immortal throws a sloppy strike and Beach uses the opportunity to reverse the position! A bit of a scramble here and Beach has ended up in Immortal's guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Immortal pulls Beach in close to his closed guard and prevents Beach from doing any damage or advancing position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Immortal is looking for a triangle but Beach pushes his legs off easily.
Immortal is trying to keep Beach in close.
Beach trying to stand up but can't free himself from Immortal's guard.
Immortal looking to hit a scissor sweep but Beach is one step ahead there.

Beach stands up over Immortal, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Immortal has his foot on Beach's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Beach works his way back into a safe position though.
Beach would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Immortal manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Beach manages to get himself to full guard.
Immortal slips nicely into half guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Immortal is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Beach doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Immortal.

Immortal postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Beach to stand up.
Beach looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Beach tries a head kick but it misses.
Immortal avoids the head kick by Beach.

Immortal avoids a punch combination nicely.
Immortal blocks a head kick by Beach.
Quinton Beach is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Beach throws a head kick but Immortal moves out of range.

Immortal gets the takedown into side control.
Immortal has knee on belly and moves into mount.
Immortal looking to control but Beach is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Beach tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Immortal punching from mount but Beach doing a good job of avoiding damage.
Beach should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Immortal looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.

Immortal working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Beach turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Immortal off and cradles Beach's limp body as Immortal celebrates with his corner.
