Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Bruno Hogan and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Capurro takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Capurro misses with a hook
and Turner makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Capurro throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Turner ducks under a wild hook from Capurro.
Capurro avoids the body shot from Turner.
Capurro fails with a takedown attempt.
Turner throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Capurro on the wrong end of a nice jab.

Turner keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Capurro pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Turner lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Capurro closes the distance and clinches up with Turner, looking for a takedown. Capurro pushes Turner against the cage but Turner circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

and Turner counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Capurro shoots in and drives through. Turner sprawls well.
Capurro closes the distance and clinches up with Turner, looking for a takedown. Capurro pushes Turner against the cage but Turner circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Capurro throws a lazy right hand but Turner sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

and Turner counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Turner lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Turner.
Capurro is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent.

Turner uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Turner scores with a jab. Capurro acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Capurro needs to keep his hands up - Turner had a free shot at his head there.
Capurro with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Turner to score with a decent uppercut.
Capurro decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Capurro seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Turner does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Turner leaves Capurro with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Capurro shoots in for a takedown but Turner shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Capurro has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Turner finds it's way round the side to connect with Capurro's head.

Capurro has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye.

and Turner counters with a one-two to the body.

and Turner counters with a three punch combo that has Capurro backing up. Capurro nods at Turner to acknowledge the strikes.

Kwame Turner is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Turner slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Turner throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Capurro stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Kwame Turner is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Turner is working the combinations to good effect here.
Capurro looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Turner lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Capurro.
Capurro gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. And we move into the final round!

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Turner checks a leg kick.

Turner fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Capurro looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Capurro shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Turner counters with a one-two to the body.
And that's the end of the fight!
Kwame Turner showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Turner, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
