The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Donatello Bradman and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lester tries for a takedown but Ninja circles away easily
so Ninja counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Lester looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Ninja is stalling in the full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ninja stands and throws Lester's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Ninja is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Lester is trying to escape and Ninja transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Lester is forced to tap! Nice work there by Ninja! Very nice indeed!

In his post fight interview, Mike Ninja started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
