The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Lee throws a low kick but Grim moves out of range easily.
Dong Hyun Lee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lee doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Grim counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Lee!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Check out the look on Grim's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Lee is not content to let Grim control the position.
Lee is looking to regain half guard here but Grim keeps moving and retains side control.
Lee is trying to buck Grim off.

Grim tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Grim has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Grim swings around for an armbar but Lee sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Grim's guard.

Grim has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Lee can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Grim has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Lee should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Grim has tightened it up now! Lee should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
