Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Michael Blok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gustav Gronhelm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Blok comes into the arena with Castle of Glass blaring out of the sound system. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Fedor Mirinova and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gronhelm throws a push kick but Blok slaps the foot to one side.
Blok moves out of range of the leg kick from Gronhelm.

Blok feints and as Gronhelm raises his hands in defense, Blok changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Blok accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Blok has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Gronhelm is proving hard to escape from.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Blok shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Gronhelm sprawls well. Gronhelm wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Blok gets slowly back to his feet.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Blok shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Blok was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Blok creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Gronhelm sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
