The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Winston Howard and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rogers paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Ninja will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Horrible takedown by Ninja or perhaps it was just good defense by Rogers which made him look bad.
Ninja's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Rogers connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Ninja scrambles back to his feet.
Rogers stuns Ninja with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Rogers throws a head kick but Ninja moves out of range.
Rogers tests Ninja's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Rogers throws a right and a left that Ninja avoids nicely.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Rogers lands a jab-cross combination.
Steve Rogers seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice takedown defense from Rogers. No joy for Ninja on that attempt.

Ninja takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Ninja has got one arm under Rogers's chin. This could be trouble... Rogers trying to control the other hand but Ninja gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Rogers has tapped out! The fight is over!
