Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jake James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kriztov The Yeti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The Yeti has chosen Duran Duran- Eye of the tiger as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kriztov The Yeti!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Igor Prikhodko and Aleksei Zolotukhin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Yeti tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but James was well out of range. Poor timing from The Yeti.
James displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as The Yeti throws out the jab.

James moves into range and clinches up with The Yeti.

James's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
The Yeti fails with the takedown

and James decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in The Yeti's guard.
James is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
James won't allow The Yeti to sweep him here.
James is working The Yeti over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

The Yeti wants to sweep but no luck.

The Yeti looking for submissions from the bottom but instead James passes into side control.
The referee asks James politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. James prefers to stall for the moment though.
James's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Jake James.

James closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - James lands in his opponent's guard.
James has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of The Yeti is proving hard to escape from.

The Yeti working for submissions but it's allowed James to get to half guard.

The Yeti pushes James off and gets back to his feet.

The Yeti has his feet on James's thighs here. He's pushed James off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! James screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!

Kriztov The Yeti spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
