Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Fuego Salsa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ronnie Ronbo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
18 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Fuego Salsa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
16 - 21 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Ronnie Ronbo!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Steve Smith and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ronbo tries a low kick but Salsa avoids it.
Ronbo looks to land a combination but Salsa avoids it well.
Ronbo throws a series of punches but Salsa avoids them all with ease.
Salsa manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Ronbo on his heels. He'll look to pass Ronbo's guard now, I'm sure.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Salsa is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Ronbo really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Salsa. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Salsa prevents Ronbo from getting back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Salsa passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Salsa is trying to get an arm triangle but Ronbo is defending well.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Salsa is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Ronbo is trying to escape and Salsa transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Ronbo is forced to tap! Nice work there by Salsa! Very nice indeed!
