Kelly comes into the arena with Black Belt Jones Theme Song, you Jive Turkey! blaring out of the sound system. van Greeven has chosen Tom Waits - Telephone call from Istanbul as his entrance music. Dick van Greeven has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Jim Kelly's chin.

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Wesley Smith and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
van Greeven closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Kelly did well to prevent van Greeven getting side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
van Greeven frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kelly is bucking up trying to escape but van Greeven cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

van Greeven misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
van Greeven pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
It looks like Jim Kelly has been cut.
Kelly is bucking up trying to escape but van Greeven cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
