The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wilson's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Templar connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Wilson scrambles back to his feet.
Wilson tries to close the distance and clinch but Templar swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Templar moves out of range as Wilson strikes.
Wilson looks to throw the jab but Templar is out of range.

It looks like Wesley Templar has been cut.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Wilson drives through and clinches with Templar against the cage.

Templar cracks Wilson with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Templar throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Wilson because Templar loaded up on that one.
