Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Lorenzo Von Matterhorn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rysty Sankari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Von Matterhorn comes to the ring accompanied by Sharp Dressed Man. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sankari misses with a kick to the body.
Sankari smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Von Matterhorn looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Von Matterhorn fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Sankari, pushing him back against the ropes.
Von Matterhorn dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the ropes.
Sankari tries a body shot but Von Matterhorn blocks it.
Sankari can't find room to land a body shot as Von Matterhorn controls the action.
Sankari blocking some punches.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Sankari lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
A left hand lands to the body for Sankari.
Sankari struggles to land a body shot inside as Von Matterhorn controls his hands.
Von Matterhorn pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Von Matterhorn closes the distance and scores with a big combo that sends Sankari crashing to the mat! Sankari uses the ropes to get back to his feet and beat the count. The referee looks concerned but he's going to allow it to continue!
Sankari is rocked!
It looks like Rysty Sankari has been cut.
Sankari tries to get into range but Von Matterhorn steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Sankari! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Von Matterhorn scores the big KO victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Lorenzo Von Matterhorn!
