The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Veenstra swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Gunner with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Veenstra to score with a decent uppercut.
Gunner misses with a low kick.
Veenstra avoids the head kick by Gunner.
Veenstra walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Gunner misses with a leg kick
and Veenstra counters with a nice low kick that buckles Gunner's knee momentarily.
Veenstra throws a good cross that connects.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Veenstra feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Gunner crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
