Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Tyler Brooks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zarek Reschke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brooks's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Tom Sawyer. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Zarek Reschke was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reschke fails in his attempt to clinch.
Reschke is looking to slow Brooks down with leg kicks.
Brooks stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Reschke.
Reschke lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Reschke ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Reschke fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
A head kick misses from Reschke.
Brooks looks to throw the jab but Reschke is out of range.
Reschke steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Brooks.
Reschke ducks under a wild hook from Brooks.
Brooks fails with the takedown.
Brooks ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Reschke moves away.
A chopping leg kick lands by Reschke.
Brooks throws the left hand but Reschke avoids the punch easily.
Tyler Brooks seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Brooks chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Reschke can pounce on him.
Brooks throws a jab when Reschke was well out of range.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Reschke tries to clinch up but Brooks circles away and keeps his distance.
Brooks looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Reschke is fending him off so far but Brooks persists. Nope, Reschke circles away and we're back to standing.
Brooks tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Reschke connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Brooks takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Reschke avoids the body shot from Brooks.

Brooks closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Reschke quickly recovers to half guard.
Brooks is trying to control the action in half guard but Reschke is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Brooks in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Reschke tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Brooks!
