Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yuuki Gou and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barnett fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Shaw, pushing him back against the cage.
Barnett pulls guard successfully.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Shaw trying to control the position from guard on top but Barnett is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Shaw is looking to pass into half guard but Barnett pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Barnett is in guard.

Shaw is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Barnett has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Shaw defend it? Barnett steps over the head and cranks it - Shaw is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Barnett!

Matt Barnett spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
