The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nuts tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Dean paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Dean misses with a few strikes there.

Dean looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Dean controlling the pace.
Nuts wants to get back to full guard.
Nuts wants to get back to his feet.
Nuts trying to hold on to Dean's head to control him but Dean postures up.
Nuts is looking to improve his position.
Dean uses his free foot to push down on Nuts's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Nuts.
Dean avoids the attempt from Nuts to control.
Dean trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Nuts is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Nuts tries to improve his position but Dean has taken his back! Dean has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Nuts tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Dean pushes Nuts away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
