Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jeremy Voda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jax Teller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Voda comes to the cage accompanied by Lamb of God - Walk With Me In Hell. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Voda closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Voda tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.

Teller is refusing to be controlled, as Voda sits in half guard.
Voda content to control rather than advance.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Voda seems to be looking for submissions.

Voda is trying to work for a kimura but Teller is defending well.
Teller is not content to let Voda control the position.
Teller is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Voda's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Voda's back!
Teller throws a big right hand but he misses and hits the mat. Ouch.

Teller is trying to stick to Voda's back but Voda is turning into Teller. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Teller's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Voda.
Teller not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Teller is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Teller is on top in guard.
