The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McTavish takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

It looks like Ravish McTavish has been cut.
Aliyev lands a head kick!
McTavish shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Aliyev counters with a good low kick that McTavish was not able to check.
Aliyev tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but McTavish paws at him with a jab and circles away.
McTavish is looking to clinch.
Aliyev goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
McTavish takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Aliyev lands a head kick. McTavish smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
McTavish wants to clinch.
Aliyev scores with the left hand. McTavish knows he should have avoided that one.

Ravish McTavish's cut is getting worse.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from McTavish is defended easily by Aliyev.

Oooooh!!! Aliyev has knocked McTavish down with a huge combo! Aliyev steps away and waves a wobbly McTavish back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

McTavish is rocked!

Aliyev lands a big right hand that sends McTavish crashing to the mat! Aliyev stays standing though and waves McTavish back to his feet!

Ravish McTavish's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Aliyev grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! McTavish takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Aliyev cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!
