Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Austin Powers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jamie Griffin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are William Gold, Sam Margolis and Donald Grub.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Griffin connects with a good right hand that stumbles Powers. Powers circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Griffin stuns Powers with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Powers looks to score with a jab to the body but Griffin is just out of range.
Griffin looks to land a combination but Powers avoids it well.
Powers scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Powers scores a takedown into full mount!
Griffin is trying to stand up.
BOOM! Powers connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Griffin is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Powers controlling from mount.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Powers landing strikes from the mount and Griffin is in trouble!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Griffin wants to get back to his feet.
Powers has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Powers lands a nice shot to the head.
Powers sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Powers postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Griffin looks a forlorn figure.
Powers takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Griffin is trying to stand but he's not in a good position to be doing that! Powers has taken his back!
Griffin really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Powers. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Powers has got one arm under Griffin's chin. This could be trouble... Griffin trying to control the other hand but Powers gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Griffin has tapped out! The fight is over!
