The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Flynn throws a right hand that King ducks under and follows up with a left that King also avoids with ease.
Flynn misses with a two punch combination.
A cross from Flynn lands.
King shoots in for a takedown but Flynn shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Flynn looks to land a combination. King sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

Flynn lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as King backs up against the cage.
Flynn stalks King and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into King's face. King staggers backwards, shaken.

King shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Flynn pinned against the cage. Flynn gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

King shoots in looking for a takedown. Flynn tries to sprawl out of it but King keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Flynn manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Flynn looks to land a combination but King avoids it well.
Flynn lands with a straight right. King didn't see that one coming.

King shoots in looking for a takedown but Flynn manages to keep the fight standing, pushing King's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Flynn enables King to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Flynn manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
