Cash shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Edwards but Edwards pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Cash avoids a punch combination nicely.

and Edwards counters with a series of strikes. Cash will be more careful next time no doubt.

Edwards shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Edwards showed some decent athleticism there.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Edwards is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Edwards frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Cash looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out!
