With a record of 16 - 13 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mitch Rapp!
The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Anthony Taglia and Jonathan Paton.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rapp throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mctwist manages to regain half guard whilst avoiding the strikes.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Mitch Rapp wasn't active enough on the ground.

Mctwist drives through with a takedown into Rapp's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Mctwist bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Rapp's guard.

Rapp has his feet on Mctwist's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Rapp misses with a lunging right hand
and Mctwist counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Mctwist shoots in looking for a takedown. Rapp tries to sprawl out of it but Mctwist keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Rapp manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Rapp scores with a jab.

Mctwist gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Mctwist jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Rapp walks away with a smile on his face. Mctwist gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Mctwist shoots for a double leg takedown but Rapp sprawls well. He's pushed Mctwist's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Oliver Mctwist. That's going to take a lot out of him.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Rapp stalks Mctwist and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Mctwist's face. Mctwist staggers backwards, shaken.

Mctwist shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Mctwist was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Rapp is looking to reverse the position.

Mctwist is trying to get an arm triangle but Rapp is defending well.
Rapp is trying to control Mctwist's posture but Mctwist avoids it.
Rapp wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
Mctwist is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Mctwist postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Rapp cracks Mctwist with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Rapp fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Rapp tries to bum rush Mctwist with a series of wild strikes but Mctwist uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Rapp stuffs the takedown.

Mctwist tries to pull guard but Rapp holds him up against the cage and eventually Mctwist drops back down to his feet.

Mctwist is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Rapp gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Mctwist takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

No luck for Mctwist with that takedown attempt.
Rapp scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Rapp connects with a good right hand that stumbles Mctwist. Mctwist circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Oooooh!!! Rapp has knocked Mctwist down with a huge combo! Rapp steps away and waves a wobbly Mctwist back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!


Mctwist is rocked!
Rapp ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Mctwist out cold! The fight is over!
