Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Curt Warburton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marlo Stanfield (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Warburton's entrance music is Wretch 32 ft Delilah_ Don`t Be Afraid. A fine choice. The crowd seem to be enjoying Stanfield's choice of entrance music: Call To Greatness. Curt Warburton has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stanfield throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Stanfield goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

It looks like Curt Warburton has been cut.

Warburton fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Stanfield sprawls well initially but Warburton persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Warburton is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Stanfield has managed to free his arm - good work.

Warburton throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Warburton throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Stanfield because Warburton loaded up on that one.
Stanfield tries to reverse the position but Warburton maintains control.
Stanfield sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Warburton has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Stanfield defend it? Warburton steps over the head and cranks it - Stanfield is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Warburton!
