Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Harry Hill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gino Carr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hill's entrance music is Boots Randolph - Yakety Sax. A fine choice. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Harry Hill! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Gino Carr! The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Eddie Farnsworth and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Carr wants to clinch. Carr shoots in for a takedown but Hill shows good takedown defense. Hill closes the distance and clinches. Carr prevents Hill from breaking the clinch. Hill is trying to break the clinch but Carr has him pressed against the cage. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Carr takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Hill stops a takedown attempt from Carr.
Hill wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Harry Hill has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gino Carr. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Carr tries to pull guard but Hill holds him up against the cage and eventually Carr drops back down to his feet.
Hill has had enough of the clinch but Carr keeps him there for the moment. Carr fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Carr lands a knee to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hill wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Hill is trying to break free. Carr wants a takedown but no success here.
Carr prevents Hill from breaking the clinch. Carr tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Hill smiles and moves away.
Hill misses with a jab, cross combination.
Hill throws a sloppy head kick and Carr moves out of range easily. Carr closes the distance and clinches up with Hill, looking for a takedown. Carr pushes Hill against the cage but Hill circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Hill misses with a wild combination.
Carr throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hill's waist but Hill gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Carr off to one side. Hill throws a right hand that Carr ducks under and follows up with a left that Carr also avoids with ease.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Carr avoids a punch combination nicely.
Carr swats away the attempt to clinch by Hill. Hill swats away the attempt to clinch by Carr. Carr shoots in but Hill avoids the takedown attempt easily. Hill is looking to land body kicks. Carr clinches but Hill breaks the clinch and Hill counters with a straight right hand. Carr moves out of range of the body kick. Hill tries to clinch but Carr moves away and Carr counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hill is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Hill's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Hill wants a takedown but no success here.
Hill breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Hill tries to clinch but fails miserably and Carr counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Hill is breathing heavily. Hill has one foot on Carr's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. Hill lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Hill clinches but Carr breaks the clinch and Carr counters by clinching up. Carr drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hill tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Carr smiles and moves away.
Hill throws a nice looking combination but Carr bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Carr is looking to clinch but Hill is avoiding it.
Hill works over Carr's head and body with a nice combination. Hill fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Hill throws a combination that misses and Carr counters with a nice double leg into half guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Carr throwing shots but Hill is blocking nicely. Hill wants to improve his position but Carr is controlling well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Gino Carr dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Carr has a takedown stuffed. Hill lands with a nice combination. Carr backs away looking to recover. Hill will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

and Carr counters with a nice double leg into side control. Hill won't be happy with that.
Hill is rocked! Carr lands some shots froms side control. Oh Hill is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Carr is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Hill is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Hill gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Carr manages to capitalize on a mistake by Hill to take his back! Hill seems to have got his legs back now. Carr working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet. Hill turns into Carr and is now in his guard.
Carr looking to hit a scissor sweep but Hill is one step ahead there. Carr has his foot on Hill's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Hill works his way back into a safe position though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Carr wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Carr is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Carr has his foot on Hill's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Hill works his way back into a safe position though. Gino Carr has got the better of the ground game so far. Carr looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Carr manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Hill manages to get himself to full guard.
Hill trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! Carr wants to pass the guard but Hill is keeping the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hill has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Carr has passed into side control.
Hill is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Carr is controlling him well. Carr working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Hill wants to control but Carr postures up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Hill sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Carr blocks the strikes from Hill.
Hill tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Hill is trying to get back to full guard. Hill wants to get back to his feet.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Carr closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Hill to the mat! Hill manages to get full guard. Hill wants to get back to his feet but Carr is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Carr stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hill swivels though and keeps the full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Gino Carr showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Hill closes this distance looking for a takedown but Carr circles away. Harry Hill seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Carr misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Hill tries to clinch up but Carr circles away and keeps his distance. Carr scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Carr stands up. Carr fails with an attempt to clinch.
Hill tries to close the distance and clinch up but Carr swats him away and circles back towards the center. Carr has his takedown stuffed and Hill counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Carr is lucky that one didn't land flush. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Carr darts in trying to clinch and Hill counters with a lovely straight right hand!
That's one minute gone in the round. Some wild striking there from Carr.
Hill clinches. Carr breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Hill misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Hill scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

and Carr counters with a single leg into guard. Hill didn't expect that. Hill preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Hill wants to stand but Carr is controlling the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Carr trying to control but Hill is working from the bottom. Carr stops Hill from standing up. Hill wants to control but Carr passes easily into half guard.
Carr is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Carr wants to control but Hill is keeping him busy.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. A combination from Hill does no damage. Carr bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Carr misses with the ground and pound. Hill dodges the ground and pound from Carr. Carr tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Carr has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Hill prevents Carr from moving into mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hill wants to get back to his feet. Hill looking for a sweep but Carr has passed into full mount! Oh no! Carr trying to control but Hill is having none of it. Carr thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. Carr manages to capitalize on a mistake by Hill to take his back! Harry Hill has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Hill is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.
And that's the end of the fight! Gino Carr comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Carr winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
