The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ehros lands with a hook. Hoffmann tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Hoffmann wants to clinch.
Hoffmann stuffs the takedown attempt from Ehros. Ehros gets slowly back to his feet.
Hoffmann blocks a head kick by Ehros.
Nice sprawl there from Hoffmann as Ehros shoots in.

Hoffmann pushes Ehros up against the cage in a clinch.

Hoffmann pulls guard.
Hoffmann is adopting a defensive guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ehros trying to control but Hoffmann is working from the bottom.
Hoffmann is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Ehros stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hoffmann swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Hoffmann has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Ehros should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Hoffmann has tightened it up now! Ehros should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
