The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Becker swats away the attempt to clinch by Monkongtong.

Monkongtong tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Becker paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Monkongtong breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Monkongtong throws a head kick but Becker moves out of range.
Monkongtong uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Becker.
Becker misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Monkongtong.

Monkongtong rushes Becker and presses him up against the ropes.

Becker has had enough of the clinch but Monkongtong keeps him there for the moment.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Monkongtong's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Becker swats away the attempt to clinch by Monkongtong.
Soren Monkongtong is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Monkongtong takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Becker throws a hook to the side of Monkongtong's head but Monkongtong sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Becker tries to bum rush Monkongtong with a series of wild strikes but Monkongtong uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Becker throws a switch kick that catches Monkongtong on the top of the head and drops him to the canvas! Monkongtong looks hurt - I'm not sure he's going to get back up! The referee starts the count but calls it off at seven as Monkongtong flops around on the canvas, clearly in no position to continue! This fight is over!
