The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Edson Gomes and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vuchev closes the distance and pushes Ahai back into the cage.
Ahai doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Vuchev can't get the takedown.
Vuchev prevents Ahai from breaking the clinch.
Vuchev works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Vuchev tries to stand but Ahai is controlling from the bottom.
Ahai wants to stand and escape but Vuchev is having none of it.

Vuchev looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Ahai is fending him off so far but Vuchev persists. Nope, Ahai circles away and we're back to standing.

and Ahai counters with a right hand to the body.

Ahai scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Ahai feints a jab and as Vuchev dips his head, Ahai unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Vuchev right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Vuchev falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Ahai smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Azor Ahai!
