PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Fallon Fox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dwyane Griffin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fox comes to the cage accompanied by Take a Walk on the Wild Side. Griffin has chosen Tech N9ne - Am I A Psycho? (Feat. B.o.B. and Hopsin) as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Fallon Fox has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fox lands a right hook to the body.
Fox tests Griffin's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Griffin gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Fox postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Griffin is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Fox, into his guard.
Fox lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Griffin!

Fox is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Griffin is surviving well by controlling Fox's body position as best he can.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Fox has hold of Griffin's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Griffin manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Fox working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
Griffin is trying desperately to improve position.

Fox has isolated one of Griffin's arms. Griffin looking to fight him off but Fox twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!

Fallon Fox decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
