The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holte shoots in but Moore avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Moore closes the distance and clinches.

Moore manages to break the clinch.

Moore clinches.

Moore breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Roger Moore seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Moore misses with an uppercut. Holte saw that one coming.
Holte takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Moore throws a head kick that misses.

Moore instigates a clinch.
Moore misses with a knee strike.
Moore is breathing heavily.
Holte tries to pull guard but Moore holds him up against the cage and eventually Holte drops back down to his feet.
Holte jumps guard but Moore stands there with Holte around his waist. Holte gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Roger Moore has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Viktor Holte.
Moore wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Holte has him pressed against the cage.
Moore keeps control of Holte as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Moore gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Holte.
Holte on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Moore unloads a knee to the mid-section. Holte lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Holte tries to land a knee to the head but Moore blocks with his arms.
Holte tries to pull guard but Moore holds him up against the cage and eventually Holte drops back down to his feet.
Holte blocks an elbow strike.

Holte is trying to break the clinch but Moore has him pressed against the cage.
Moore with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
Moore has had enough of the clinch but Holte keeps him there for the moment.
Moore avoiding damage as Holte throws knees to the body.
Moore lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Moore prevents a takedown attempt there.
Holte dodges an elbow strike from Moore.
Holte wants to get back to striking at distance but Moore won't allow it.
Moore has Holte pressed against the cage.
Holte tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Moore just stands there and leans against the cage.

Holte throws a knee to the head but misses.
Holte has Moore pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Moore manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Holte is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Moore gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Moore creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Holte jumps guard but Moore stands there with Holte around his waist. Holte gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Holte wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Moore tries to stall but Holte uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Moore manages to break the clinch.
Holte throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Moore throws a series of strikes that have Holte backpedaling.

Holte is rocked!
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Moore! Holte is out on his feet! Moore rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Holte is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Holte is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
